There are some fundamentals in the game environment that are quite weak and really need to be addressed as a priority:
1. I'm not joking, the server is either down, or goes down, almost every single time I try to get online. By this time, I have no doubt I'd be an Admirable by now but for server availability. I'm just a Lt. Comm. At every turn, I'm confronted by a Crypled server. And when it's down, its down for far too long. Server recovery needs to have a goal of 15 minutes top. Make it happen.
2. The indicators on the website and the launcher that indicate Server Down, needs to be dynamic, so that players don't have to either know to, or have to, close the launcher or refresh the page and restart, to get a view of when the server is back up. When the server comes back up, the indicator should change automatically to a Server Up / green light status. Step into the 21st century with some fundamentals.
3. The ingame GUI quest window needs to be a scalable window so I can shrink and expand the window, and be able to mouseover the quests to get more info, and be able to click on the quests in that window (currently inert text) to get the quest details to automatically open in another window/pop up. Making us open a separate quest window manually and then tab and hunt for the quest - rather than just click on the quest in our onscreen mission window - is just lame by today's standards. This is GUI 101, and is impacting fluid gameplay repeatedly during every session online, the most haunting and flagrant development deficiency (other than server being down.)

Absolutely never have this issue. It has always been on, even when ive been here an entire day.
Really, its too hard for you to press F5 to check if its up or not?

Then we are at completely opposite ends of the spectrum, and I wonder what you'd say if you were looking at it from my end. I know I'd love to see it from yours... but unfortunately I'm not experiencing the fortunate end.

It's not opening up another window that's so clunky, though it is clunky, too. It's the inability to click on a quest text that's in your onscreen GUI window, and have that quest come up (as if a URL being clicked on), so there's no hunting whatsoever.
The way it is now, its like shopping online and Googling an HP 402P printer, and getting a URL and price, and click on the URL and instead of taking you to the specific product and order option, it takes you to HP's home page and you have to hunt from scratch all over. We all know that's lame by today's standard. Any vet of MMO's knows what I'm talking about regarding the quest window.
On a personal note to you, if you can't add value to the topic of the thread, resist the urge to troll.

And...the window IS scaleable? Or it is for me.
