Be advised that Cryptic forum moderators have a neat habit of closing threads without in thread notification or notice of any kind. The trend I'm noticing is when the subject matter is related to complaints and dissent about the game. Perhaps it's not known that traditionally the role of moderator is an interactive one, where moderator actions on a thread are explained by the moderator in the thread when executing. Or maybe that's just the good ones.

THE REANIMATOR awesomest of awesome oldschool zombie movies.
threads arent closed to because of the mods oppressing you....lol/
they are closed becasue they violate the EULA and terms that YOU agreed to when you signed up...and for being reported by others for being offensive, etc...
you violate the forum rules? you get your thread closed.....simple.
then again....they may be targeting YOU !!! and have you under surveillance.
.(( oh, and by the way....starting a new thread about a closed thread is a violation as well.....' I click report button'....or did I ??? )) .
Pleh, too many now to mention. Few times now I've gone in to reply only to have the frakkin thing rejected because the super pro moderator closed without an in thread note. Then I start noticing, heeeyyy..why is it always the ones where people are complaining....
Gah, you know? You wanna have faith right? Anyway, you'll see a another post or two with a subject reference similar to mine...
Yes, and blah blah blah. I know all that. I've read these threads ok? They are people complaining. About service. If thats in the EULA that you can't do that on the forums, thats TRIBBLE.
And regardless its pretty broadly known that its courtesy to close a thread with a notification "closed for X', etc. So people, I dunno...know why? Hello? This thing on?
hehe ya. classic.
Jeffrey Combs is my favorite star trek actor of all time.
I liked him in "Frighteners" too....lol
.
Wow, I had never realized that until you just mentioned it. I thought he was familiar looking when I had watched Enterprise. Old school zombie > new ones.
Wait. omg. He was in that wasn't he!
*fallsover* I totally didn't realize that.
"broadly known courtesy" ?
hehe. that's new to me.
got examples? posts that I see closed, the mod has the last word.... dunno what your reffering to.
same as any other forum IMO.
