Copy & Pasted GM Responses - Unacceptable

7 days ago I open a ticket because lag caused one of my officers to gain an extra skill, bumping the one I wanted to use. So now one of the skills I wanted to use, is unusable. Today, finally, I get a response.

"We have reviewed the game play issue you described and have confirmed that it is working correctly. To better ensure that all players have an equal and fair playing experience, we do not provide information on actual game play or hints regarding missions. Furthermore, you may be able to find assistance with similar questions by seeking out the assistance of other players in game or visiting the official forums which can be reached through the Community link at the top of the launcher. Thank you for playing!"

What the hell kind of response is this? A Commander BOff having 5 skills is "working as intended"? I understand you guys may have a lot of tickets open, but I would rather wait longer and have it unanswered, than have some idiot copy and paste a response, and you closing the ticket without looking into the issue.

Thank you Cryptic, thank you for proving once more that losing faith in your company is justified. So I have submitted another ticket, with the same issue, and hopefully in 7 days or whenever you decide to get to it, you will actually fix it this time and not just rush to close another ticket without investigating it.

    I trained mine with the free new one and lost a ground skill, have 5 space skill's on him and lost 4th ground skill. that was weeks age and still waiting on a fix myself!
