Look, this is not fun anymore Cryptic. Why aren't you doing something long term to fix your terrible servers?
This is Saturday, prime time for people who work all week.

What in the World is wrong now?

Don't you think paying customers have a right to know?

    Maybe not.

Maybe they are trying to set two world records? The one in London and one for the most crashes on a weekend?

Well as much as I love the game these "unexpected" maintainences are getting old. They say they fix things then opps they did it again with maintainence. This will really start wearing on even the stout supporter of cryptic. You need to Fix the problem and learn from mistakes.

What's cute is that the site always reads 'Undergoing Maintenance" now when the server crashes, not just "Server Down". Unless they're taking advantage of this crash to launch another patch, as they did last night??

I bought this game as a B-day gift for my dad.. try to get him off the wow crack. He likes the idea of the game, likes Star Trek... but im pulling him from what to what.. good thing i got him the collectors edition.. he can stare at the brass badge as hes running raids in wow..

Atm theres no way I would want him to play with the state of affairs in this game.. i would be the worse son ever.

I am so glad I haven't signed up for a monthly payment yet. If things don't improve drastically by the time my included first month runs out I won't be either.

    Crash......, Crash...... Crytpic Servers Crash????

You all got it wrong, Cryptic Servers don't crash. Nah,

They come down for Emergency Maintenance, and Cryptic just forgets to tell everyone.

humm im sure they mentioned increased capacity in the patch notes.. guess they increased it enough to let 1 extra person in before it crashed.

Yeah, right there with you... I really only get to play on the weekends... so I don't ***** about spending money to play less than other people, that's my choice...

However, when I can't even get good play time in, that is frustrating. I really want to enjoy this game, but it is far from a working game... I don't understand how that is "okay", just because "it's always like that with MMOs" doesn't make it okay for a consumer to be asked to pay for a product that is not working properly.

I understand that MMOs keep adding content and sometimes that new content doesn't work well when it first gets released, but problems that existed in Beta and are still around is unacceptable. Not being able to keep your servers up is unacceptable. Beta is over, you know how many people have registered characters to play this game, make the necessary equipment purchases/adjustments so that they can play or limit the number of people you are going to allow to play... don't just keep TRIBBLE us all around.
