According to Walmart I will not be receiving the 500 skill points because I pre-ordered the the collectors edition. I was wondering if others have been given the same answer.
I got all my preorder, CE, and lifetime bonuses, and my forum titles from way back. I have no complaints.
Where did you pre-order from? Did you get the individual retailer bonus as well as the stuff that comes with the CE? I've gotten everything, but the 500 skill points that were supposed to come with Walmart pre-orders.
I got the digital deluxe download version and never got the NX prefix for my ship, khan and blood wine toast emotes or the point defence.
Not really that worried about it though but it would have been nice to get what I paid for.

See that is just not right. Those items were included in your purchase and you should get them.

This is completely wrong. If you buy the pre-order of ANY edtion, you also get the store item. I know, I bought a whole bunch of copies, including from Wal-mart.

i ordered the CE from amazon, which also included the borg BoFF - which i did receive.

I preordered from Gamestop, and got everything I paid for.
eh.. On Walmart's website they had said that there was no 500 points for Collectors Edition.. made a topic on the forums about it but never got any official response!

It would be nice to have a Dev/Mod sop in and confirm this and explain why Walmart's CE does not get the pre-order bonus if this is the case.
I don't know where I read it, but I know Cryptic stated that the exclusive items will come with the pre-order regardless of what edition that is purchased. Sorry, I don't have the link.

A: Absolutely. Anything sold by a retailer includes its retail bonus... i.e. Any STO product sold by GameStop includes the Constitution class ship, be that product Digital, Digital Deluxe, Box Standard, or Box Collector's Edition.
Who Cryptic or Walmart. This was according to the person I spoke with at Walmart.
Cryptic. Call their Billing Support hotline during the week, and get the info from them. They should at least be able to get you pointed in the right direction, if not get you your points outright. However, you are put on hold for a while. Average is two hours, but it ranges from one to four, based on forum posts.
Even so, they are extremely helpful, and are probably your best bet for getting this resolved in a somewhat timely manner.

Lol... I didn't want any of the other bonuses, I was tempted to get the Best Buy one because of the Targ, but the Targ was just cosmetic (unlike the Tribble), so there was no reason.
