Well, the patchnotes said, Borg involvement would make more sense now, concerning mission and NPC texts.
So after patching, I did some exploring, hopeful that Borg wouldn't act like Klingons or Romulans anymore.
On the first mission I got:
"Captain, the Borg have been seen in this area. They're searching for artifacts from their Third Dynasty, but they're disrupting several Federation colonies in their search."

lol yeah. they need to come up with unique missions for the borg and undine not just the same old cut and paste for the other races, NONE of the borg/undine related exploration missions I have had have made sense.
so like I said they really need to come up with unique borg/undine related missions.
Please tell me there's one where you scan the debris of ships and your science officer says you must presume the Borg innocent until you've established their guilt.
Or one where you free a planet of colonists who defected from the Borg.

Devs posted about this claiming it was a bug, but the reality is it seems to be lazy cut-and-paste programming.
