You owe us some reimbursement time. Give us two days subscription.
You're kidding right? Compared to all recent MMO launches (Hell, even this company's last one, Champions Online) - there hasn't been all that much downtime for STO out of the gate; been pretty stable all week.
The advantage of a Lifetime Subscription... even though getting kicked off of the server $uck$... there's no worrying about a ticking clock.... when you're out in the void.
Ya, it's hardly been down this week. So I don't think the OP has much chance of getting that. However, it would be nice to have something here that says they are at least aware it is not 3AM PST

The game has only been out 11 days, do you really think that it's been down for 48 total hours during that time? I think not.
I don't understand people who become frustrated by ANY sort of downtime or outages during the first 2 weeks of any new MMO title. It's part of the territory. Don't play at launch if you're not prepared to deal with some downtime.
I will never understand why "subscriber entitlement" is simultaneously the least supportable and most prevalent state of mind whenever something goes wrong. This is the most stable MMO launch since p. much ever and one crash sends people into gibbering TRIBBLE fits.

It's been down plenty this week. Play more than the weekends and you'd see it.
After you get their dong out your mouth, you'd realize they aren't given a free pass.
I paid for 30 days, and I haven't gotten it.
Yes, you certain haven't gotten it.
So tell me, how can you complain about not getitng your 30 days when the game has only launched 10 days ago? Technically, NO ONE has gotten their 30 days yet.

That's because we pay for a service which isn't rendered. You see, when a company doesn't deliver, you have a right to complain.

Because at this rate I won't have my 30 days, after 30 days? Are you that obtuse?
ha there has been hardly any downtime since launch i want to know where all this imaginary downtime comes from because ive been playing everyday since headstart and after the the 2nd of feb this is the second time there has been an unexpected downtime.
there pushing the patch right now instead of later anyways so at least we get some bug fixes and other goodies when it comes back up at 12.
I hate to point out a few simple facts but I suppose I will.
1) The game came with 30 FREE, consecutive days. If you use the time, good. if not, you lose it.
2) You paid for the packaging and development when you bought the game - not your playtime.
3) If you HAVE bought and PAID for a subscription, your paid time doesn't start until your 30 FREE days are up.
4) Cryptic reserves the right to end the game at any time and makes no guarantee that the game will be available for a certain amount of time - you agreed to this when you bought the game and used the code in it to sign up
5) The downtime as compared to the uptime has not been all that bad.
Look at the bright side, at least Cryptic is releasing fairly large patches on a fairly regular basis with great fixes sometimes inspired by players even.
You really have no leg to stand on to ask for reimbursement.
Come back on March 4th, 2010 (the earliest day 30 FREE days could run out) and complain if there is still downtime.
Then, at least, you would REALLY be paying for your time to play the game (this counts for lifers too). You still won't have a leg to stand on though since Cryptic really doesn't guarantee 100% uptime.

Well, considering we aren't outside of 30 days from launch, there's no way your complaint can be valid. Couple that with the fact that downtime hasn't been as much as you are complaining it to be. Two hours every three days. Maybe.. eight hours of downtime total for scheduled stuff. Couple that with intermittent outages lasting up to.. what? 30 minutes?

Oh, fer cryin' out loud!!!
What, you think you're entitled? You think you have the answer to make sure the servers are 100% reliable 100% of the time? If you really think that way, then I'm reasonably certain that Cryptic (and all others, for that matter) want to talk to you. But, since it's very apparent from your post that you can't walk the walk, I suggest you sit there and deal with it.

considering i PAID for TOS uniforms and they still arent fully implemented, and others have paided for non functional Mirror universe, can i get 10 days for the product they never delivered?

I don't think you or many of you understand it. Just because its included in the initial purchase doesn't mean its not INCLUDED. 30 days is 30 days. Its not after they figure out everything, then you get 30 days. Hell its even the weekend. You can't say its 30 days free, and its at their discretion.
Because at this rate I won't have my 30 days, after 30 days? Are you that obtuse?
Well then, you should have said "I paid for 30 days, and at this rate I will not have gotten it after 30 days have passed" instead of the past tense way you worded it originally.

Lay off the Happy Paper
Check the EULA they don't owe anyone anything
You where never promised 24 hour access
After you get their dong out your mouth, you'd realize they aren't given a free pass.

You paid for the game that comes with 30 FREE days .. Too bad you picked the birth of the game to use them free days.
I would say I agree with this but I got a lifetime subscription... so where is my reimbursement?
I love it!
This is what get? Are you TRIBBLE?
We all get 30 DAYS playtime. This takes away from our PLAY time. You can't argue with that.

In the Army downtime was a good thing. So if anything you owe them an extra two days subscription. Get out your checkbook!
We have a lifetime to play... we're gonna need it. lol
