fleet bank theft deterrent

well my entire fleet bank was just looted by a player i am forbidden to name. I think one simple solution to this would be to add an option that locked players out of bank after a preset number of withdrawls. I could then set it so that someone could only withdraw, say, 3 items a day. if they needed more someone @ a higher rank or another fleet member could help them to get it.

For now all i've done is submit a player behavior complaint to a GM, if someone knows something else i can do, please let me know.

EDIT: I'd like to point out that people looting fleet banks are in direct violation of crypric's policy against "Intent to scam another player "

I am hoping this is a bug with the energy in fleet banks. It works for lower lvl members not being allowed to take items form the fleet bank.....it would follow that it would work that way for energy.

is bank access "on" by default? Or do you have to grant access?

don't open a joint checking account with people you don't know and trust.
