What the hell did you do to Swordmasters, FIX THIS!

What the hell did you do to Sword masters? You made them harder, but failed to realize that there are pulls in the game involving more then one of them!!!!!!!

I just got owned by two Swordmasters and a mob of enemeies on a pull thats suppose to be easy, not even a boss fight, come on

IF YOUR GONNA FIX SOMETHING LIKE MAKE SOMETHING STRONGER, THEN LOOK AT HOW IT EFFECTS THE REST OF THE PULLS NOT JUST ONE!

    If anything, Swordmasters have become easier since Beta. Try sending all of you BO's to attack one of them with you, and then send them all to attack another.

    If the Klingon NPCs can be melee types, why can't I. I really do miss my SWG TKM/Fencer.

    Sulu (not the one in the Admiral's office) was a swordsman, so it's canon.

    Yeah, use "attack my target" for your whole away team. Spend some time pre-battle to place your team.

    I put two tactical guys in the front close, but not too close.
    My eng and sci guys I place off to the sides and a bit behind the tac's.

    Stand behind your team, fire up your buffs, de-buffs, hit "attack my target" and let her rip. Sword masters most times fall before anyone reaches my team. Quickly target the other SM and do the same thing.
    After they've drop, right click the "stay put" button to release your team to move where they want and start picking off the rest as you normally would.

    I love/hate Swordmasters. They always act like a Terminator and go straight after me. I find them incrediably tough but I enjoy the excitement of trying to stay alive!

    I guess you haven't playt STO yet. The ground missions involving mindlessly killing Klingons (98% of all missions) have NPC's called swordmasters that are very tough and like to rush the players quite a bit.

    Better learn to focus fire your team.

    Otherwise...

    You will really be screaming once you fight the Reman 4 bar boss on certain missions.

    I've had a boss, and 2 swordsmans plenty of times. You take out anyone who can directly bypass your shields first. Then the rest. I use focus fire all the time.

    OMG! YOU DIED!? NO WAI!!!!!!

    Dude, you died and had to get up again, and go widdle away at the badies for a few more tries with no penalty. Get....over.....it.

    Learn to get more players for a away team, or learn to manage your BOs. Either way, if you died, you, and ONLY YOU di something wrong.

    they are fine, i have yet to die in pve ground combat after the nerfpatch in beta.

    so i bow to your 2 week old uberness.
    (im looking for the sarcasm key on my keyboard but cant find one)


    as ive said before, one of the probs with this game is its community.

    If you're having problems on the ground missions you are obviously doing something very wrong. I go afk in the middle of fights and have no issues at all.

    Community is alot better then the Science Club elietist nubs at Eve Online.

    This, swordmasters are weak souce now, same for dahar masters. In beta they would rip your team and you apart in a few seconds if you didn't plan how to kill them... now its just focus fire, and done... :(

    actually they upgraded these only a couple days ago, now they do phsycal and shoot at you, was suppose to be thier fix to making ground harder. yes, they were easier before, now they all buffed up doing alot of damage. They are like heavy munitions and a swordmaster all in one.

    swordies arent bad, time your rifle but and kite, also get the personal shield that does knock downs when you get hit or the other kind the gives damge back, either way youll wear them out quicker.
