Who's started watching a Star Trek series after getting into STO?

Yeah, just out of general curiosity I was wondering if othr people have started watching some series of Star Trek after starting to play STO. I myself started DS9 and probably go to either Voyager or TNG after I'm done with that... which may take a while.

As a clarification, I have watched Star Trek before but STO inspired me to start re-watching.

I'm thinking of getting the two ST movie boxes that combined contain the first 10 movies. They're not that expensive on Play.

Not really any of my series DVDS(mainly because Im disgusted by paramounts presentation and worried my sets will fall apart if I open them), but I've had first contact and wrath of khan on as background noise on the second monitor.

I pulled out my copies of every series on DVD and started watching if I'm at home or listening to them if I'm at work. Currently on DS9. Self sealing stem bolts FTW!

I need to get more season boxes for my own. Only own TNG on DVDs atm. That's my favourite series though so that's a pretty good reason. Might be dropping 125 euros from my next pay check and get all 7 seasons of DS9. Don't have to borrow stuff when you own it. :)

My wife finally convinced me to watch Voyager once I started playing STO after years of avoiding it and writing it off as so much tripe. My attitude was, nothing could ever beat TNG, so why bother?

Turns out, Voyager is a pretty good show and I'm really enjoying watching it on a dual monitor as I play STO. It sets the mood perfectly and is a good accompaniment to the game.

Yup! I started watching DS9. It's amazing how slowly paced the first season of that was, but I remember it being great later on with the whole Dominion war.
