Has anyone actually talked to a person in Billing this week?

I have had two tickets in since 2/2 and one since last Sunday (2/7). I've tried calling the long distance Billing number each day this week and have yet to speak to someone. Has anyone been able to get ahold of a customer service rep on the 408-404-1714 line this week? I can't spend a whole weekday just waiting on hold...I don't even get President's Day off.

    How long were you on hold? The last time I called them, I had to wait three hours.

    The longest time was 4 and a half hours. Most of the time, I can only wait 2 hours.

    I spent over 4 hours on hold and that was before the game went live.
    From the posts the average wait time is around 3 hours with one and a half being the fastest and four and a half being the longest. I got that figure by just averaging the forum posts so do not go flaming me i am only getting the data from the posts i have seen which does not contain the other 80% of the players.

    the wait music leaves alot to be desired.

    I got the same impression. However, regardless of the wait time on hold, a few hours is still WAAAAY faster than months of waiting on tickets via email.

    And the wait music does suck.

    GM Marauder had mentioned that they did have 1 person manning the phones the other day so that pretty much explains the long wait times on the phone. Whether that's the case on a regular basis or just someone was out, don't know. It gets frustrating waiting that long but what can you do? They are in the process of hiring people so things should get better.

    I agree jedi a few hours of my time on the phone is much better than waiting weeks for a ticket to be answered. I am way to impatient to wait weeks for some kind of resolution. Plus the good thing about the phone you can put it on speakerphone and just walk away( you have to with that music) and wait for a human to answer it.

    Unless you only have long distance on your cellphone but talk so rarely you only have 300 minutes. A call to Cryptic would come close to hitting my max for the month, alone.

    I have to admit it's rather embarrassing they don't have a 1-800 number.
