I cancelled my fileplanet subscription before it was time to renew (a week ahead of time, I might add) but was subsequently charged again.
I am not making any headway with the online support tickets, which are a joke. Does anyone happen to have a billing support number for fileplanet? I've called the number that appears on the charge on my CC, but it just rings and rings, and noone will answer.
Any help before this is locked is appreciated.
TLDR version
need a billing phone number for fileplanet, don't send me to their online support.
