six days for a help ticket responce is too much.

They waited till I logged off and sent me a note. And there responce after six days was to tell me the ticket did not have enough info (it was a know issue and the patch notes said to creating a ticket was the only way to resolve the quest.)


Am I the only one, or have people gotten responces from there tickets?

    Your thread doesn't have enough info...

    This makes the 3rd or 4th ticket thread today. None of them actually bother to state what the ticket was about. They just expect everyone to assume that their outrage is correct.

    Ok, I do not think it really matters since my issue is with the responce time.

    The issue is the admiral quest will not complete because I chose a fleet escort. this was a stated issue in the patch and it was stated that a GM ticket was needed for a resolution.

    I do not know how that can be stated in any clearer fashion, but there really should be no issue for the GM to just give the custumer a tell to edit the ticket.

    I submitted a Help Ticket regarding the Ambassador and Envoy titles, which I have not recieved despite meeting the requirements for said titles, on 2/3. Still waiting for a response. That makes 9 days here and not even a message that I did not have enough info.

    yeah im sure they waited YOU logged out.............cause we all know how important YOU are

    lol yes it is all about me, because if they sent me a note when you logged off it wouldn't work as well :)


    I you had one hundred tickets to prossess you could watch there online status and when they logged off you can just send them a note saying not enough info. This way it looks like you are a super star and proccess tons of tickets.

    I logged off the game and went to the webpage and there was the note, it was just as I logged off.

    I lost a pre-order bonus item to a bug, when I finished an away mission all my upgrades vanished from my ship and were replaced with the original loadout items. I submitted two tickets and each took over 5 days to get a response, and both times I got a canned answer telling this was a known issue. STO has set the level for worst MMO CS in my experience.
