Im not trying to troll or anything like that but I submitted 2 tickets Ive waited 2+ days and I still have not heard from a GM about these issues. I logged on this morning to find my tickets have been deleted by a GM with no response I would like a answer to my issues or at least a update. I have resubmitted them but it is unfair that I should have to wait another 2+ days or that anyone should have to wait.
My issues are not the hardest to fix, So I don't understand why my tickets would be deleted.
I would appreciate a GM/Dev response if at all possible thanks.
2 days would be a short wait time. Cryptic has to go through thousands of stupid tickets every day - tickets from people who say their powers disappeared from their ship tray because they didn't realise the tray rolled on them - as well as various bug report tickets. I wouldn't expect much of a real reply for a couple of weeks. Not until things calm down.
My issue is not something that can be woked around or anything like that its a matter that the GM needs to look into. Im looking to get my issues handled and what others have posted before have no meaning to mine.
My tickets have been deleted, they are not closed or moved for follow up they are just gone with no GM response.
Are you sure your Account wasn't just down when you checked? The Account system goes down from time-to-time where things look like they're deleted. All my tickets, all 18 of them, have been moved to Closed when I checked.

im on right now and both the website and the in game system show them gone i had a total of 3 tickets 2 were deleted and 1 was left.
Well, without knowing what each ticket was about, nobody here can help. Even if we knew, nobody here can really help either. Unless a dev reads it, in which case you explaining this in more detail will probably be better than assuming a dev will take the initiative and research this on their own, as devs are lazy and like to nap unless people spoon feed them information.

Like I said Im not here asked for anothers players help Im here pointing the devs to my issues and addressing the fact that THEY deleted my and others TICKets with out any regard. So if a dev wants me to explain more in private I will but this issue needs to be handled by a GM.
Mine was six days. And they just sent me a note saying not enough info while I logged off for like 5 minutes.
I would not be upset at all if they just acknowledged it in the ticket like "sorry for the long wait time". It just seems like they do not want to help anyone.

The devs are not the GMs. The best that you can hope for here is that a forum admistrator will pass on your concern to the GM team. (And since you haven't said what your problem is, that's somewhat doubtful.)
I doubt that the GMs pay much attention to the forums. They're fairly busy monitoring the game.

Sometimes though, you just don't send them enough information.
I've put in a grand total of 3 tickets. The fiirst one resolved itself and I closed it myself, the second one was in regards to my ships registry displaying incorrectly. I filled out the ticket "I have changed the registry for my ship, and now it is not displaying properly on the model of my ship." They responded with a generic answer in regards to the NX registry bug. I resubmitted the ticket with an appropriate amount of information "the registry of my ship is NCC-9XXXX (don't remember the numbers off hand, I put it in the ticket) but it displays on the hulkl of my cruiser, USS Gibraltar as "098709870987098" in black letters with a red outline." Right now that one's still pending, but now I have given them enough information they can't just dismiss it.
As to the OP, again we can't really comment cause we don't know what was in the tickets. If from your description it's something they believe they fixed with the bug fixes in yesterday's patch, they may have deleted the tickets as no longer needed. If they deemed them to be generic bug reports, they don't respond to bug reports, so they jsut forwarded them off to the devs. If the system is too heavily burdened with a bajillion tickets, it's possible something's gone wrong and your tickets were lost, rather than purposely deleted.
If you're really that worried about it, resubmit the ticket and wait, telling us accomplishes exactly nothing.

look if you're not going to tell us what it is we can't help you, and you're here trolling. so far all of you're post have been blaming CS without any hard proof, now if we knew what the problem is we mite know what happened. until then you're just trolling.
Yes you need a GM , not a dev. Also the Cryptic team on these forums can adress the issue, or forward it to someone who can either in game or out of game.
This thread caught my immediate attention this morning as no GM should ever delete a ticket. After researching this issue the tickets in question were behavior related ticket which means we do not respond to these issue directly and are automatically hidden from view. When you submit a behavior related ticket the in-game ticketing system does state that a GM will not respond directly to the ticket submitted.
It is our policy along with many other MMO games to investigate all behavior related tickets and take appropriate action without sharing this information.
Hope this clears the confusion up on the deleted tickets. They are not deleted just hidden from view.

hmm... cool I personally didn't know that.
see OP if you told us what the problem was I bet someone would of known that answer.

I am blaming CS for there lack of keeping paying customers informed with there tickets. NO player here can possibly be able to help me because you don't have the powers that DEV's and GM's do. SO why would I explain my problems to you people that can't do anything to help this.
I have resubmitted the tickets in question I have the Numbers from the last tickets. I've explained my problems in detail with screenshots available.
The simple fact is they messed up and are wrongly deleting peoples tickets and thats messed up.

Ok that solves one ticket.
But what about the other it was not a behavior issue ticket. nor was it placed in that section.
I can confirm that you have sent in 2 more tickets that are behavior related. We do not respond to behavior related issues. The GMs research the complaint regarding other players and takes the appropriate action. We never ever delete tickets we hide tickets from view, which we did in this case.

Very professional !
They could at least keep us posted about what is going on.
Get a generic answer put in it and closed yes, that's to be expected. Are you sure you've looked for closed tickets?
My tickets have been deleted, they are not closed or moved for follow up they are just gone with no GM response.

I ahve made another.
the simple fact is they deleted my tickets.
If they were all for the same issue, then you have your answer for why 2 were deleted.
Correct this is very poor service.

I point you to the dev post above

They will likely adress your ticket on a case by case basis. At least thats what most customer service depts do. Give them time to respond
Phil
The post said tickets, which means that both the hidden ones were behavior related according to the GM dude.
