I post 2 Tickets 2 weeks ago and i still have no Reply to the tickets.
I am woundering about your handling time of tickets, is it suppose to take that long to get a answer?
I am a Fan of STO and even that i had problems with gamecard not working and all.....
i am still here, But me Patience is runing reall Thin now.

I ran a guild in EQ2 (Sony)
I paid extra per month for a EQ2 guild website, don;t know what happend but the guild website locked everyone out form using it and stopped updating character info and portraits etc.... I submitted a ticket...
I didnt get a rpely to it for over a year, and then it was just to say "do you still need assistance" lol
needless to say I dont actively play EQ2 now...lol
I have had problems sorted out within 24hrs here at cryptic (on more thn 1 occasion), its seems that the staff at cryptic by all accounts are stretched pretty thin and dont always see posts or tickets, maybe send a pm to dev when you see they have replied to another post, maybe contact customer servers...
