yup they do.. 3 or 4 days later.. all my tickets from head start FINALLY got answered not like they matter now.. I restared missions or blew my self up to move myself..
Yeah it is something that I call defining it lets me know they are actively working on problems and it just so happened mine was a bug that had not been fixed yet. But should be fixed soon I guess it is the skill cap problem.
I love the game so don't get me wrong (and I am a proud lifer) but my ticket was answered too with a "We hope your issues were already taken care of as we switched form beta to live". I read that after about 20 crashes all form entering a ground mission.

Despite my ire, the game is loads of fun. A little frustrating at times but still well worth my time.
I have put in several bug reports during beta and live, and I have been answered with a personal reply each time and in most cases the bug is corrected in the next patch. Once a GM actually came online and we discussed the issue live.
I would say that the customer service I have recived from cryptic puts anything blizzard may offer to shame.

Poor guys are likely inundated with tickets due to the bugs, server and account issues and what not. Feel bad for them.
