What is the difference between the impulse engines.
I've attached screenshots.
I don't understand. One is white one is blue.
The only difference I see is the colour and credit worth.
Is there any other "hidden" benefit??
This is another example of an epic Cryptic fail... Just earlier i was comparing my rare Covariant shields to the highest capacity epic ones and i noticed they both had identical stats... one took an hour worth of explorations to get, the other takes about 9 days of daily quests to get... they are just TRIBBLE sometimes

So I would get more credits for this if I went to the vendor (I think it would work out to be 8000 credits), as really, its only worth the same as the white engine.
I've seen the (Full) descriptor on higher tier engines, and there was a descriptor of a buff that I don't remember and don't see referenced here. So at a guess, either there is a buff and it is just not shown in the item description, or the buff is absent. Take your pick as to which error you prefer.
Yes, its about 5% higher actuly after i checked, but does that matter? It is a COVARIANT shield array and regeneration on those things are kinda pointless IMO. They have about 20 shield arrays and they cant give us a single [Cap]x3 one like every previous tier? Meh.

Isn't the regen on the purple ones better?
omg caps too lazy to delete and rewrite....

I'll tell you what the difference is.
Blue is my favorite color.
The blue should have a higher impulse speed as i think that is what fullx2 is suppose to be the modifier of.
