I've been waiting for 3 days trying to get my stupid key to work. Every time getting the same TRIBBLE: "This product key did not match our records." Patience certainly is a virtue but mine has run out with regard to Cryptic's "customer service." Assuming I ever get to use my 30 days I will be canceling soon thereafter and probably never renewing.
coderanger, any word on the ship glitch and if it will be fixed soon. http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=111730 it takes all the fun out of the game when you cant get the newest ship. Any word on it would be nice, as im sure you know it takes days to get a response from a GM in game

Thats a gameplay bug, something that Coderanger does not deal with.
Yes, i know that very well but it would be very nice to hear from someone. We are sitting in the dark over there in the bug forum.
You can always fill out a bug report in game. I find that they get processed there a a lot faster than asking a developer to wade through the piles of garbage posts on this message board to find your bug report here.

Not exactly; you PM him/her the code and then he/she checks the code in the database and verifies if it is correct, used, or whatnot. Basically you have to wait for him/her to go through a process of checking it out for you.
I ordered the game from gamestop. got it in the mail . when grace ran out i used it/ the code but couldn't get a credit card at the time . now 3 days later i try again but it doesn't work. So now im wondering if i can't type it in again
I get "Unable to log you on to the server at this time" for the last three days. I confirmed through my account that I have successfully paid for a years worth of play time and had my pre-order key activated. I purchased a digital copy through Steam. Am I missing something or what? All I want to do is play. My three help tickets requesting assistance have gone unanswered.....Thoughts??????:(

Check your account dashboard to see if your key is already listed (retail, not pre order), if it is, you should just be able to set up your subscribtion payment from there, otherwise you do need to submit a ticket for bugged/invalid key

So you fully suspect that the code is invalid? Is there a good reason for this suspicion? Where did you get the key code from?
