for some reason nothing is showing up anymore.
i have the preorder and retailkeys enterd and it all showed up perfectly until this morning.
and well i made a ticket but seeing as my other issue with billing support has still not even recieved a reply perhaps ill get more help posting here.....

Same thing here, just checked my account info, no beta key, no pre-order key and no retail key, all which i had already entered, i tried to re-enter them but obviously it said the keys were already in use.....whats up with this cryptic?
I have the same going as well with my account. All products listed are gone. I did enter my retail key way before the deadline. So hope I get all I had there back.
It may take them more then a day to respond, busy times, any game is difficult to run, certainly something with so much players.
I am atleast happy I found more people with the same "problem". It probably isnt even a problem, just a website error. Topics on account issues are increasing in count, so it could be something else.
Not to worry, we are in it together including cryptic and atari lol.. oh and steam and .. shall i go on :P
Haha at least you guys aren't missing your lifetime sub that you already paid for. This is absolutely ridiculous, have never seen a fubar of this intensity in a billing system for an MMO.
hmm same thing has happened to me, my products isn't displaying under the my account, this includes my lifetime sub, predorder, and digi delux thingy so i would like to know if this is just a display glitch or if everything really has been wiped....? (at least i still have my emailed receipts)

this is why i take screenies and make print outs of all accounts and payments.
i have a screenie showing everything i have to date...proof for when i need it.
same here for me. I sure hope my life time sub is still there... for some odd reason, cryptic nvr sent me a receipt of the life sub purchase, all i have is my bank statement and the liberated borg captain i have to prove i bought it.

We have to remember, that every time big changes are made (like for us it was around the time that all the grace periods were ending) surprising things can happen

I know I probably should not reply : we all paid an amount of money, game card or otherwise, assuming a person has a bigger problem then the other usually does not help anyone. As I said earlier, we are in this together. And dear sir/madam, you aint seen nothing yet talking bout FUBAR with MMO's. Cryptic is actually in the decent range with blizzard and others.
Real FUBAR is out there, like some of those Korean MMO's that are supposedly "free to play" and make a mess of it with their Item Malls.
