The problem is pretty much as stated, and therefore can't actually get to game-play. I have tried to let it sit many times, once well over an hour, but no movement in the progress bar after it stops; and it always stops at the same point. I would guess that I loose connection with the server but there is no error message to confirm that. The task manager tells me that it is not responding, so I exit out.
I have run a Direct X Diag and a NetTest check and put the results on my ticket but havn't gotten a response yet. Anyone know a solution for this? I have yet to find one in the forums.
I'm able to watch a bit of the intro movie, but after romulan planet blows up it freezes, and it's always in the same place? Did you ever figure out hat the problem as?
