Del Taco Shuttle Too Big - Please Reduce The Model Size

The Del Taco Type 8 shuttlecraft pet is HUGE. It is wider than the shuttle bay on my constitution crusier and it is about 1/4 the length of the hull.

Would you please consider reducing the size of the shuttle by 20-50%?

I have a few screenshots..

Thank you for your time. :)

P.S. Runabouts could use a bit of "shrinkage" as well. ;)

I'm sorry to hear your shuttle is too big. But things could be worse. I live on the east coast and there is no way to get a DEL TACO shuttle here unless I travel 1000 or so miles to pick one up, Oh wait I'll use the transporter,,, ah damn thats just the closet time for bed I guess no more ranting.

I live on the East Coast too and have a shuttle. $3 on eBay. That's probably cheaper than if we'd have made a trip to a taco shop and paid for it.

As far as the shuttle size, it doesn't look nearly that big on my screen. In all of the images you provided, the shuttle is in the foreground. That will definitely make the shuttle look bigger than it should. To prove this, put your finger up in front of your face, reasonable close to your eye and then look at somebody sitting a few feet across the room from you. Chances are your finger is going to appear to be as large as their head. On top of that, the view on the screen acts like a wide angle lens on a camera. You can even see things get distorted along the far right and left edges. Wide angle views will make things in the front-center look larger than they are, like Aunt Betty's nose in that photo from Christmas where they had the camera too close to her. :)

    It's just perspective.

Both my friend and I have shuttles. I had my friend pop out his and then I moved my ship as close as I could to his shuttle (since my shuttle would just move around if I tried to get closer).

I am sad that most all the world does not have Del Taco (I have one across the street) and I did my best to help by purchasing 10 shuttles for total strangers out of my pocket during beta ($2.50 each).

I was just pointing out (with pictures) that the shuttle would not fit into the shuttlebay on a crusier. If you look at the pictures you can see that the shuttle is between the warp nacelles. I tried to show distance by taking shots from the top and side so that you could see how close it was to the docking bay.

Edit in - The crusier is in the foreground.. The shuttle appears that way because it is so big. :)

I have one about half a mile from me, got my shuttle. But 3bucks on ebay is 50% profit. It costs 1.89 for the soda you need to buy for the code. So just over 2bucks with tax.

I almost went the ebay route because my del taco didnt gewt their cups till last thursday. The signs were out a week before that. They swore to me they hadn't received them and some employee didnt buy/steal them all for fat ebay profits. I'm sure the guy I saw selling them on ebay didn't get all his cups legally. He said he had 768 available when I was looking WTF

Not when you include fuel and time. My time for special trip to the taco store (if there were one nearby) is worth more to me than 98 cents.
