Can't Find New Mission

Hey guys and gals, hope all is going well in Alpha Quadrent for ya. I'm doing great in there, lovin' this game and the episodic content it offers, but i've run into a dry spell for new missions around lvl 24ish. I've done hunting the hunters and several other missions multiple times but cant find new ones. Is there a starbase or some sort of mission hub that I am missing out on where i can get more to do? Otherwise i'm just exploring and repeating ad naseum. Thanks for the info.

    Hail starfleet? It seems there is always about four people that have a bunch of orders to accept or decline.... Im LTC6 and they still have plenty of orders. ? Maybe that helps?

    I've run into the samre issue. Hailing starfleet only gets me low level quests I skipped and protect the sector quests.

    i have this same exact issue i need help all i can do is defend and explore missions help!!! do i hafta level up more or whaT?

    Starbase 39 in the Sierra System in the Alpha Centauri Sector Block has the new people that give you the new quests. I don't know if you have to talk to them first before they will give missions to you through hails. But at that point you get your missions from different higher ups (not Quinn). Also, there are some missions you can't get until you complete others and meet the level requirement. So if you did nothing but the story missions for the first part of the game and didn't spend a level or two in the exploration clusters you may be behind in your level and therefore not getting offered new missions. Just listing possibilities. But ya, try Starbase 39.

    Exploration missions are good easy points, I'm managing 800 points an hour with them ;)

    OK. So I went to stabase 39 and the first NPC to your left after you leave the beam in pads will send you to some nebula which is the very eastern border of Psi Velorum and after I finished that more missions have been popping up.
