defend psi velorum out of balance

the deend the psi velorum secotr block is grossly out of balance. my log states it is a Cm1 mission, meaning Commander Grade 1. the ships i encountered were 9 levels higher and i am Cm6. that would be 14 levels higher to a CM1.

do you really expect someone to defeat groups of ships 14 levels higher?

    Yea, everything on the Romulan side is all "Mirror universe Federation encounters" which to me is +11, and I'm a Comm.-4. On the Federation side, the Romulan encounters are still bugged and not respawning correctly. So no one can really do "Defend the Psi Velorum Sector Block"
