Patcher stuck at 31.7%

My patcher appears to be sticking at 31.7% every time.

I've looked over the forums to try and find an answer and came across the X and C commands.

When I press X, I cant see anything in the main window and 3 sets of numbers along the bottom which vary every couple of seconds or so

When I press C, I get a console window that shows me loading hoggs, deleting hoggs, deleting files, then ultimately goes to:

Loading hoggs...done. (0.20)
Deleting files...done (0 deleted). (0.00)
Deleting rouge hoggs...done (0 deleted). (0.00)
Examining hoggs...done. (0.82)
PatchClientLib: xferrer hanging, 150s now

The PatchClientLib then continues to hang until i turn it off. This always happens at 31.7%

Any suggestions please?!?!

EDIT: Left the Console window running:
PatchClientLib: xferrer hanging, 150s now

Going by your nettest, something is blocking the connection to the servers. It's doubtful its the fabled traffic shaping, im leaning more towards a Firewall/AV/Router problem.

It could be something as simple as your router is bottle necked, try re-starting your router, not just un plugging it but hitting the reset button on it and try again.
