missions ??

hi iv been doing mostly the romulans missions but i wona do other ones not just romulans ones all the time, do you have to be caption to get missions with ds9 and carrdacions ???? or you have to go looking for then.

iv been ds9 loadz time and the caption keep saying i have nufin for you right now??
