Cryptic, please update the in-game music player so that it stays open when a player changes zones or maps. With as much zone swapping as we do in STO, it is very annoying to have to reopen the music player each time and drag it back to where I want it. Please keep the status constant across all zones. Thanks.
You might just want to stop using the integrated player and just use the full version. STO is such a "switch to desktop" friendly game that it's much more convenient to occasionally alt tab to the player running in the background.
Most games stutter, cough and hiccup when you switch applications, but with STO you can bring up a new window in the foreground and watch STO smoothly running in the background.
I don't know how much they're going to want to put into that. In my case i find their choice of compatible players to be terrible. I don't even know why you would want to use it, particularly if it stops every time you zone, that's just bad programming is what that is.
buy a second monitor. No gamer worth their salt has just 1 these days and you wont have this problem ever again with any game.
lol...really? Not every gamer can afford luxuries like that and you call it necessary? Any 'gamer worth there salt" is all about skill, and if anything the only really necessary thing to have is a decent enough graphics card and a solid connection. I'm sorry but to me, you sound like a spoiled TRIBBLE.
Kudos to the idea of the player, just bad execution.. personally I like Pandora radio, now theres an idea, integrate that into the game lol, it could be a mission! like when voyager found that old truck in space, find a little radio box relic with like borg technology attached and there you go! it auto connects to the site and you have a tab to customize it. so silly.. I love it.

That's not a "feature", it's an annoyance
also poster above, why are you trying to play itunes in a media player? just use your normal player.
