When can I suspect help with my missing activation key?

I have received my collectors edition for a few days ago. I will soon be going out sailing (navy). And I would really like to play the game before I leave. The problem is that on the page called account activation there is an empty white field, where the product registration key should be. I have made a ticket about this. But i also know that in the next few weeks, Cryptic would be very busy. That is why I would try to make contact here.
When I meet onboard my ship, I will have a hard time to get on the internet. So I would be glad if i can get some help with this fast. I maybe have a week, before I have to mail my CE back to amazon.com and get my money back. But if I can get my missing registration key, then it would be perfect.

What exactly do you mean? That the field where you enter the key is white or an email / box sent to you is not right?

I am currently in the same situation, but i am able to log in due to receiving two del taco codes (4 free days).
That runs out today, so i'll be unable to play over the weekend unless they sort out this code business PDQ.
Unfortunately it's launch, they'll be up to their ears in appeals and theirs not a lot we can do to speed things up.

    Fingers crossed...

*edit* Just to clarify, my code was accepted by the system, but has not flagged up as a collectors edition, but i have a weird glitched entry under Subscription on my account... none of my CE or Pre-Order items have activated either.

If you have billing problems after you have registered yoru key, you must contact cryptic via phone or ticket. They wont bump you ahead of everyone else because you posted on the forums.

Just to note, their billing provider is experiencing problems. You'll have to be patient and see if your info updates after it gets sorted, or send in the afore-mentioned ticket or call.

It is not from email. I got my copy of the game from a postman. There was a book in the CE, "the art of Star Trek Online". wich include pages with STO art, the manuel and in th back a Account Activation and the install dvd. Im missing the registration key on that account activation page. It just seems that I have got a book, where they have forgot to write the registration key in. There is no hint of faded script on the white field, where the key should be.

I have no key to registrate. That is my problem

What are the telephone number for the support? I cant find it.

And im not trying to jump in the support line, though it might seem that way. I just like to play a little before i leave. I will not be home for month. I know it seems a little selfish.

Since you were sent a defective box, have you contacted the retailer who sold it to you? You might be able to get a replacement that way.

I spoke to one of the Cryptic_ lads last night on IRC and was advised that it looks like my key is correct, but hasn't been flagged as a collector's edition when i entered it. So the system knows about me, but isn't sure what i am :D

Sounds like some faulty keys were released, which isn't that big a suprise, i reckon they all use the same bloody dot matrix printer for these things as EA.

I have talked with Amazon. But I didnt ask about getting a new copy. This was there respons:

I'm sorry to hear that the activation key for the Star Trek Online you ordered is missing. The quickest way to get the part you need is to contact the manufacturer and get it directly from them under the terms of their warranty.

    The manufactur, is that Atari?.
