It's expected after they add brand new hardware. It just takes soem time to tweak the settings to run the game flawlessly. You need to sit back, take a deep breath and learn to be patient.

usually i am patient...but considering the time i wait to get back in and/or have to take to redoo missions due to crashes or sever not responding is not something that can be fun....
although i get more xp - it still needs to be addressed.

and dont tell me what i need to learn...they are a company that have backgrounds in MMOs - they should have the required people and equipment to make it work correct...they have done this before, so they should know whats up.

if this was a first attempt, i am sure myself and many others would be more patient and offer more leway - but this is off the charts stupid.

Do you know what is the issue? If so,please elaborate. From a host/server side idea. And don't use any words you don't understand. I hate this... if you can do better, move to CA and get it working. If not, stfu and wait while the REAL techies get it working.

Have you ever done anything similar? What is the most stressful test that you have had to deal with? ACT/SAT? Possibly. Thousands of people depending on you in order for their product to work, and them expecting it to work flawlessly, while it has only been out a week? Highly, and I stress HIGHLY, unlikely.

Please, let them do their jobs. Did you complain and moan this much when the Exalted WoW first came out? It was nearly as bad. Yeah, it gave you a queue system. It said "Waiting for 5 hours". The SAME thing that it is doing here. Only here, you don't know how long you will be waiting. I would rather not know, go outside, and come back and maybe get in than know that I have to wait a HALF a day just to possibly play my character.

Onto the first attempt thing, people didn't cut Blizzard any slack. At all. You were probably one of the ones with pitch forks yelling they've had B.NET for years, they should know how to do this. Right? I wouldn't doubt it.

If you want better service, pay more than a whopping .50 (50 CENTS) a day for your service, than you will have room to complain. Just for clarity, that boils down to ~2.083 cents per hour. So... yeah. Shoosh.

I think Cryptic has already tested the limits of reasonable patience. They knew about the capacity problem weeks ago, there is no excuse to be 1 week into release and still be having these issues.

And the broken/missing pre-order items is doubly unacceptable. Did you know that these items weren't tested even once in closed or open beta?

WoW was having capacity problems in October. Nearly five years after launch. Quit talking out your aft shuttle bay.
