Fleet HQ Idea

So I was thinking about Fleet HQs. It dawned on my that Cryptic already has the infrastructure in place for this. While I won't try to minmize the amount of work it might take to do this, I wouldn't imagine that it would be too incredibly difficult to inplement.

For those who have played CoH/V, the Fleet HQ could be exactly like the Super Hero/Villian HQs in that game. I imagine that its the same concept in CO, as I never joined and groups there I don't know. But in CoH/V the HQs were completely customizable right down to the consoles that were inside.

Now where to put them...easy....use the social planets like Vulcan and Risa. Only make them transparent so that they don't clutter the landscape. Players could transwarp to these Fleet HQs just like they transwarp to Sol. Now I'm sure that players would maybe want space stations or what not and I suppose that is doable as well, but space stations are more of a physical object. With ground based HQ you could say they are underground or something.

IDK...its just a thought, but seems only appropriate to do something like that for Fleets.

    I want Fleet-owned Starbases, but I don't want them limited to just Vulcan or Risa. I think we should be given the opportunity to put them anywhere in the territory of the respective faction, and design a system for them to be in. They would only be visible to Fleet members, people who are in groups with Fleet members or people invited to join them.

    We could even get the option to Transwarp to them.

    However, I'd want the option to buy store npc's, as well as have it come with a Shipyard.
