I have done the same mission three times now and I was literally one quantum torpedo away from finishing it this time. I mean the shields were down the quantum was inches away from blowing their hull out from around those dirty Klingons, and the server goes down.
I'm beginning to think it's not a server crash, it's the Klingon battle cloak activating.

That sux, but every time I get kicked off the missions pickup where I left off. You must not be playing the "five minutes at a time" strategy.
Only someone who works in the software industry can understand how incredibly difficult it is to meet a fixed release deadline without significant bugs. Another issue is users who are gripping about having new features, without realizing that new features is the most common reason why new major bugs get introduced into the system...
(And drat, I was just a few seconds sort of picking up an item drop when the server died...)
Trying hard scores points in the Special Olympics. Results count when you're taking people's money. I don't think Cryptic would cut me any slack if I had some "unexpected downtime" on my credit card.
I have been trying to get from Lt. 10 to Lt. 11 for 2 days.
How do all those people get to admiral already? Do they play offline and upload their progress during the brief up times?
If so I would like to be able to do the same.
jesus christ man, some people post some totally random ship thats out of this world funny............
i need to save all these quotes to a txt file they are too big for my signature.
my eyes are tearing. upload progress during brief up tiomes ROFFLMAO................
to answer your question during head start before launch, is when we got to high lt cmdr. even a couple days after launch. 3rd...4th, werent bad, server was up constantly. so a good 6-7 days of uninterrupted play.
as opposed to if you joined in late or since launch.
