You forgot to mention another interesting statistic: the number of tickets resolved. So far I have yet to even get a response on any of mine. How about everyone else?
with all the people complaining that the laser isent blue or I couldent log on cause my isp crashed... I dont feel its weird at all lol...
quite understand why they dont get a responce to..
not only that but this is why REAL problems take time to answer cause they hafte look trough the morons to find the ones with real issues.
Also keep in mind that with the sheer number of tickets, they're probably not going to reply to every single one of them. Some of them they're just going to fix and move on from. You want to see if your issue has been addressed? Check the release notes with each patch.

This is something everyone should be doing anyway. I can't count already the number of times people go into the chat in-game asking "Is X fixed yet?" when if they'd just read the patch notes they'd know.
600,000 are probably troll tickets from the few hundred idiots asking why they can't play the game offline, want a credit for down time, can't find Sulu, etc.

Ah, yes, "Can't find Sulu." What I can't find is a reason for why people would have trouble with this. I mean, an NPC outside the Admiral's office literally says Sulu is in the Admiral's office, and if you bother to take one second to look around the place and go up to the other NPC that can obviously be talked to you'd see it's Sulu.

Inflated number. A combination of several tickets filed for a single bug and people filing tickets for bugs that aren't bugs.

So, yeah. It makes no sense at all.
