I hope the time ive spent in the game so far is not coming out of my subscription time..i have tried playing for few days now and last 20minutes in game before im booted from server and then spend 10minutes trying to get bck in..only to find my mission progress is gone and i have to start again..
i find this ***ing insulting and i am beyond annoyed with craptic for the **** poor state you have released the game in..i know its only been out a few days but i bought the deluxe pre order and i wasnt ble to get head start due to these problems and still i have yet to get any real play.
Im not talking about a server crash just disconnecting after 10mins or so ..i just tried playing..on for 10mins and then booted from game..5mins later or so i get bck in..playing 5 mins and disconnected from account server

I havent ever had a problem with it shutting down other then when they bring the server down. I am not trying to grippie or be upsetting. You might want to check your firewall, internet, or other things. I am not sure what could be making it shut down every 5 or 10 mins. I wish I could give you an answer. But I would check on other things other then cryptic, unless it has to do with your place on the map and where cryptics place of the server. I am sorry about the problem
Sounds like it might be your connection, which has nothing to do with the game or company. Do you use a firewall? What kind of connection are you on? Don't just jump on the game before you even check your end too, lots of people have been having no problem most of the time since the early play ended except for the night time downtimes.
The time you are online or not (when you are sleeping/working/whatever away from the game), is indeed coming out of your subscription fees, which you have yet to pay because it's in the 30 free day trial most likely. They never guaranteed the servers would be online 100% of the time. They are trying their best to keep them up, but server crashes happen. If you can write the code that will prevent it from happening, do it and submit it. If not, patiently wait for them to resolve the problem.
Well that my friend is a problem your end. I really do advise looking at your firewall and router setting to see whats going on. No need to break out the naughty words either it doesnt make your point any more viable or important.
It is a new game but it has not been releaced in a poor state the only issue ive seen so far is due to the huge responce to the game and the need for new hardware, which they are sorting this weekend.
Dont blame the company before youve looked at your own end of things.

You obviously haven't been in many of any MMO launches, this is usually the norm, and usually much worse. I've seen MMOs where you only play for an hour or 2 the first day then its down for 24-48 hours. Go read what you agreed to when you installed the game, created an account and subscribed. You'll find that they don't require the servers to be up 100% of the time, and not even close to that.
Now on to your actual problem, there have been down server crashes, like the one just now, and during head start, and there is also maintenance. But if your dropping out frequently then getting back in not long after, it isn't the game, its a problem on your end. I've been playing STO through a router, with a firewall and anti-virus with packet inspection, as well as on an ADSL connection and a Wireless broadband connection and have had 0 problems (except for rubberbanding in ground pvp).
Check your application and windows logs, check your anti-virus/firewall logs, run a constant ping -t to something on the internet, and see if your net drops out, or if something on your PC drops your game connection.
Coming on here and instantly blaming the game/devs for your problems when it most likely isn't, is something stupid people do. Now, are you stupid?
Play untill your thirty days are up. I am giving them that long, well actually two weeks and change, that gives them one week to make sure they can cancel in plenty of time.
By then they need to fill a very long list in my eyes.

I had that issue with CoH for awhile and any telnet connections I opened when I lived on a college campus.
It's easy.
What's 100% of Zero?
