Romulan Centurians

It is next to impossible to defeat one without a bat'leth your whole team could be firing away for ages and just as his shields reach 0 *shield recharge 2* and all of a sudden their shields are full again.

I'd recommend either lowering their shield capacity or giving this move a much longer cooldown period.

They can be a hassle sometimes, but certainly not unkillable, I like how they are now.
If your having trouble with them try equipping all your boffs with expose weapons, and equip 2 exploit weapons yourself, also try to give 1 Boff a aoe expose move.
and now the centurions have become a walk in the park.

They die pretty fast if you expose/exploit them. The medic Romulans can be much worse. If you get in a fight that has 2 of them they can keep eachother health indefinitely. When that happens I have to rely on getting a lucky 'critical hit' on an exploit attack or they dont die. If they dont get disintegrated the other medic will just revive them.

thanks for the tips, only found it a hassle until I came across a group of 5 and 2 medics, spent better part of 15 mins in that fight ¬_¬

If you only spent 15 minuets, you were lucky. I have had some fights run over an hour. My wrist gets numb, my hand goes to sleep, it can get tough. Try to get all of the Medics first, then move on to the others.

Toss some points into your ground skills and those pesky way too long booring ground fights actually will start being resolved in fairly short order and may actually become kinda fun.

As stated above - load up your BOs with expose attacks and exploit away.

edit - Try killing the healers first, then the easy targets, and save the tough ones for late in the fight unless they're totally in your face. If you use lots of AOE attacks try pulling mobs into a BO hallway ambushs, that often breaks mobs into bite sized chunks and minimizes your exposure. Concentrating all your BOs fires on one target can help loads.

You might also want your BOs to focus fire on an especially annoying target.

Are you all playing in Elite difficulty?

...because in Normal, they aren't that tough to kill. I just tells my BOffs to all target the same Medic or Centurion and we take care of that pretty quickly.

Thats what I do all the time, I kill all the medics/science officers/engineers with them set to target.
