I'm curious to know what the heck am i suposed to do with BOffs being offered after a grade leonardnimoying. Their green/blue trait bonuses are quite useless, and the skills they have are avaible at the "power store", so i already have a fully formed and quite efficient BO crew.
Bridge Officer rewards are just infinite degrees of uselessness.

sale them, and there are supposed to be some skills that you can only get from these guys, but I guess they are really rare.
also I'm not sure why you are getting them every grade, I'm LTCMD 1 and only got 2 so far.

Well for once thing not all of BO Candiate's skills can be purchased. They are rare skills. For example, I received a BO candidate a few days ago with Viral Matrix III. I used that BO to train up my Science Officer Commander's skill in Viral Matrix III. Or the BO Candiate may posses a set of traits that you desire in a Bridge Officers Another aspect may be a play wanting to create a crew with a specific theme. An all Vulcan crew for instance.
If you have Bridge Officers you like fine. You can trade give away you Candidates to other players who may desire them. But since BO skills points are aren't limited. I don't hesitate to replace a fully develop BO with one that I more to my liking. For example, I sidelined an Engineer I has been developing since Headstart. I have a couple thousand BO Skills points and several hudred merits invested in him. But I did replace him with my Borg Bridge Officer. I wanted that BO, and the mix of skills I found to my liking. Chem (the old Engineer) I still have and will be able to use him when I get a Tier 5 ship when another BO Console opens up.
