    Not happening to me in any form. Make sure you're not grouped and without your teammates.

    Same here, never warped in and insta killed.

    This is one of those "semi-real" aspects.

    You don't know what you are warping into. Yes there could be long range sensors, yes the System you are warping into could be assumed safe. Though there is still the surprise aspect especially with DSE's. You never know, and that to me, makes it worth it. You can't always warp into a "safe" zone. It is unreal.

    Suck it up and deal with it. We have to deal with many other aspects of this game that could be "idea" or better then current.

    Not to say I support he spawn TRIBBLE that was seemingly worse during the Betas and seems less frequent now but that is a different ball of wax.

    Not me. I just click on "exit to sector space" in the pop up that comes up on warp in if there is a big group at the spawn point. Or jump to another instance.
