"Admiral Kim" in the Chiron System. They added a bit of a stomach.

Harry now runs a retro 1970s TRIBBLE club on Ganymede with his life partner Wesley Crusher. ...and Yes Sir, He can boogie... all night long

I suspect this must therefore be another Mr Kim.

Dude, sorry... but I would take Crusher over Harry Kim any day. Kim is wayyy below Crusher what with his mommy boy tendencies, blabbing, whining, constant QQing, and and just all around being a wanna be frat dufus.

I wish they had stuck with the plan and got rid of him but kept Kes. She was way more interesting.

    yeesh.

Oh and Parallax... to answer your question... don't know, sorry!:p

Cryptic don't have the rights to use the likeness of many cast members in the game (it costs a lot for them to obtain said rights). This is why the cameos we've seen so far are ones where that doesn't matter (Naomi Wildman, she's a lot older now so she looks totally different, etc). This could be Harry Kim I guess but if it doesn't look a thing like him (come on, it doesn't) that's why.

technically all CBS has to do is say "you can use them" and they can.

All characters plots stories within the star trek universe are included in a licencing deal of a game like this. Actors have no say about using their likeness etc... The very idea is ridiculous, no offense.

Yeah, the only thing they have to pay money for is voice acting.

So long as Admiral Kim doesn't speak, they can use him all day long.

It could be Harry Kim, in the alternate timeline from the last episode of Voyager, Harry Kim was a captain, this was set in 2404. It would be easily possible for him to have followed the same timeline for promotions, which could easily make him an admiral by 2409.

Sorry to disappoint you all but the following is a direct quote from the wallmart Q&A irc chat from a few weeks back

(T1) How often can we expect to run into well known characters from the franchise,
and will they be voiced by their original actors?

(CZ) “You’ll run into references to the characters, or perhaps others of their
race – but likeness rights tend to get sticky and expensive, so we
    stayed away from actual appearances.”

The licensing deal does NOT include everything guys.

I doubt Harry Kim's likeness would be expensive. Maybe Patrick Stewarts...

it was harry kims job to die on a weekly basis. I doubt he'd have survied another 5 years, no matter 30.
