Where are my Bonuses???

I've paid HUNDREDS of dollars for this game preorder+Life Sub and all i get is Very Slow or NO Service ?

It's been well over a day now since inputting and activating ALL of the codes / keys
Life Sub is ACTIVE
Yet i still have nothing in the C-store (special Unlocks)
I don't have any of the bonuses except for the useless 500 CPs
The GM tickets haven't even been looked at

What gives?
Some response from CRYPTIC would be nice

I am Very disappointed to say the least.

    I havn't gotten anything yet. I'm having fun in the game. . .But I have no joined trill, no TOS uniform options, and no 500 CP.

    I'd like my stuff too. . .

    I'm assuming that because I'm in England and launch is on the 5th I have to wait until then (I haven't had to enter the retial code yet either) but I haven't even got the 500 CPs yet either

    Game launched yesterday in the US. I got the email with my info at 1pm, EST, but didn't realize it for hours. I assumed it would have been applied to the account, but I just needed to activate it. Stupid question, but (assuming it's gone live in your neck of the woods and you've had the funds deducted from your bank account or credit card) ... you sure it's not sitting in a junk email folder somewhere?

    Please, I'm having a blast, even without achieving my Borg Officer yet, tho I have my Red Matter.

    Hmm...I don't have my TNG tv, DS9 uniforms or red matter, but I have my Borg officers, Joined Trill, Khaan! emote...odd.

    I have my joined trill and TOS uniform, but no khaan-emote (or at least, it's not on the list) and can't find my personal shield.

    If you haven't already, make sure you register your key. I was playing on my pre-order key, but didn't get the bonus stuff until I added the retail key.

    Just out of curiosity, did you file a GM help ticket about this? Or just post this thread? It sounds like an in game issue so you might want to get in game help instead of a forum posting that may or may not be seen.

    1. Did you redeem your game code, not the pre-order code, off the first page of www.startrekonline.com?

    2. Did you visit the C-Store in game?

    3. Did you check the second tab in the C-Store called Special Unlocks?

    I've taken all the steps except for calling them directly
    I've applied all the codes / keys and the sub is active.
    I sent in two tickets one ingame via GM tickets and one via the website - billing support.
    There is nothing under special unlocks

    It's been three (3) days, trust me I've read the forums and all the responses to this issue and tried them all short of calling them on the phone.

    Dude that's part of the problem, the C-store contains nothing in the special unlocks and NO it isn't under c-store at all
    nothing is available that supposed to be

    All i have is 500 useless Cryptic points
