Tech Support Phone Number?

Most MMO's I know have a tech support number you can call in for help. The number that I tried on the Cryptic support page for STO does not seem to work sadly. Does anyone know of any other Tech Support number that Cryptic might have? I submitted a ticket days ago but it's not even been looked at yet. The support is really disappointing so far.
