Subscription issue: I have money I want to give you, Cryptic!!

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I didnt see a place for it specifically.

I got the game yesterday and tried to put in my Credit Card information after activating the key.
It declined my card for an unkown reason (My account is in good standing with about $500 )
But thats fine. I know they're having issues, so whatever. I'll deal with it tomorrow.
So today, I go to input the subscription once again, but I cant find PAYMENT METHODS.
I see DASHBOARD, and SETTINGS. No Payments.

Did they take down the ability to pay for now? If so thats fine, but let me know! I'm sweatin over here thinking my accounts bugged.

Anyone have any information or ideas?

    With this kind of problem, if you have not already done so, be sure to go to the Support page http://www.startrekonline.com/support and contact them directly. Posting it here will get you information, but they typically cannot address a specific issue for you from a forum post.

    That is where you need to go to enter your information. This is the WORST site I have ever seen for managing anything to do with an account. They lack links within the account page for some of the most critical things.

    I apologize thats the wrong place.. Apparently I cant find it again.. Took 20minutes of looking the other day.. and dont have the time atm to find the right place sorry..

    I seriously think they took it down... Someone said it should be an option next to DASHBOARD and SETTINGS.
    But I dont have it.
    Does Cryptic not want my money? :eek:
