If you are reading this Cryptic, shame on you. You clearly stated there will be prepaid time cards. I went to every store in Fairfield, California asking if they had any time cards for this game. They had no idea there would be prepaid time cards. So what are you guys going to do about it. End rant.
Go to del-taco and get some codes off cups. They give you 2 days each and will buy you time after the free 30 days is up for Cryptic to get on the ball.

Lol.. that's one way to subscribe to the game. haha

I was raised in Fairfield, California, Johathan. Just thought I would mention that to you. Small world.
No, you are the troll. Cryptic clearly dropped the ball on this one.
Here's what I see when I read your posts: a small child jumping up and down and saying, "Cryptic meanie!! No you troll!! Me want time card! Epic fail!! Waaaaaaahhh!!"
What part of Cryptic is not the publisher nor the distributor do you not get?
Cryptic is a small company of guys who are mostly computer programmers. Throw in the janitor and a couple of folks to make runs to Starbucks and Office Depot and there ya go! That's Cryptic.
Cryptic has nothing to do with game box distribution. They have nothing to do with Game card distribution. If your local Game Clowns has no game cards or STO game boxes that is not Cryptic's fault. That have nothing to do with that end of the business. That's all Atari.
What part of "published by Atari" do you not understand?
P.S. I typed the words "Star Trek Online Time Cards" into google here's what I got:
I checked with Best Buy and they said they were unaware of any game time cards.
Yeah Best Buy has ALWAYS been a mess to get stuff from. Went in to get the Champions Online Pre-order box, and a lady comes up, ask me what I want and checks the computer. She uses the computer to check their web site to get the ID number and then check against their inventory. She tells me they have none. ****ed off I turn around and there is a HUGE rack of pre-order stuff (at least 6'4 tall display, 3 feet across), and there in the middle is the Champions Online Pre-order box.

Oh, well, if one near-minimum-wage employee of a huge corporation is unaware of one specific new product out of the thousands they sell, then I guess Cryptic must be lying.
The customary thing to do at this point is apologize for accusing them of something that turned out not to be correct.
But my avatar doesn't explain this OP... I am at a loss for words...
I totally agree. Cryptic dropped the ball on this one.
I know just what you mean!
That list of stores the Dev posted doesn't matter! If it doesn't exist in FAIRFIELD, it doesn't exist. And don't you dare ask which Fairfield, there's only one that matters after all! Their cute little list of:
J&R Music World
Best Buy
Amazon
Hastings
Transworld Music
Micro Center
doesn't make one whit of difference. If it's not in Fairfield, it isn't real!
I'm using pay pal so I do not have to deal with the inevitable rush on the time cards when they come out.
But I anticipate that the cards will be available soon.

I just dropped $$ on the lifetime so I never have to worry about anything...
Well... unless the servers shut down which I am not expecting. If they do shut down I am totally tricking Ian from Ctrl-Alt-Del into believing Bethesda and Cryptic have merged and because of this they will NEVER release another fallout game. Ever.

Jut because they are not there today does not mean they lied. Or did they say they would release the game time cards with the game release?

Nice to meet you fellow Fairfield member.

Total time for my google search? Less time than it took you to write up that Original Post.
Thank you,

I was born in Fairfield...but never lived there.
I checked with Best Buy and they said they were unaware of any game time cards.
Someone should tell their online store...
