Mission: A Diplomatic Solution

I'm standing at the last Diplomatic and she is asking for help but I can not interact with her. I tried to login and out and I submitted a ticket. I can not finish the mission. in game name is pointy. please send GM.

    This exact same thing happened to me. I can't continue the mission now.

    Well this kinda screws our mission progression.
