Can't give BOs bonus uniforms

the character creator won't let me select any of the bonus uniforms for my BOs.

I just want my crew to match

    Seconded lol. I got all excited with my captain wearing his TOS uniform, went to my first BOff and it failed. It was rather upsetting. Oh well.

    On a plus side, all my other pre-order bonuses (so far) are working awesomely.

    And while I'm posting, I wanna say congrats to Cryptic and the team because the server isn't laggy at all and the launch has went very smoothly - granted there's been the odd bug...and human failing, but mainly on the part of the consumer XD.
