Abort? Retry? Ignore?

Retry does nothing. Abort cancels it. Ignore continues installing but stalls while installing the bins.hogg file.

Just got my game in the mail from Amazon.com! Only.... it won't even let me install the game.

    Rebooted computer. Still nothing. It's doing the same thing. I'm half-tempted to try downloading the game instead if noone has any suggestions on how to get the DVD to install. Is that possible?

    Okay, it "finished" installing. But I got a message... "Unable to register with games explorer". And when the checkbox says "Launch Star Trek Online"... nothing happens. LIkely because Star Trek Online.exe was never installed from the CD.

    Any help?

    Okay, any suggestions on how to copy the Star Trek Online.exe file from my DVD manually?

    Alright, getting frustrated. No responses. No help. Going to take a nap and start the long, arduous process of calling Technical Support.

    Please avoid posting in dead threads it is ok to post a new thread if there is not a current active one. In additon the best thing to do first when having an issue like yours is to submit a Tech support ticket with full details of your issue.
