product key errors

Okay, I put the key in as prompted, and its said 'key activation code not valid'. I tried it several times and got the same error. I ran to the retailer, exchanged the game, and the new one said the same thing. So I tried it again and I got a 'Validation error, please try again" Now what do I do? The game is still loading onto the comp from the disk.

    I'm having the same problem, put in just about everything that kinda looked like the code, with and without caps and numlock. Just about ready to slam my head against the wall.. Doesn't help that the last support ticket I put in got no response and was put in on the 26th
