Here's what i've found so far since getting my retail key:

Bridge officers unable to use any of the "extra" uniforms such as WoK and TOS. This is a bug as it was advertised specifically that they would be able to wear these uniforms.

TOS Miniskirts not there. These were expressly advertised, yet are no where to be found.

WoK uniform pants (available under Loose-Mid Ankle/{Pants - The Wrath of Khan} colors will not show black properly. The normal "black" color is showing as a medium gray rather than the same black usable in any other part of any uniform. None of the Gray Scale seems to match up to the rest of the uniform options.

    I can confirm that Bridge Officers cannot use the TOS uniforms. Players can, but BOffs can't

    Also the Female Mirror Universe uniforms aren't available - only for male characters.

    My main character cannot use his TOS uniform nor can he use the extra rank pips.

    UPDATE!: I can use them in Earth Spacedock but NOT K-7.
