Has anyone gotten their retail code yet? It is 5:16EST. When are we supposed to get it?

I haven't received mine yet. I've been searching for an official statement from Atari regarding the release time on their website, but if it exists, it's eluding me at the moment.

I dunno for sure, but I would venture a guess they will process payments (they haven't as of this writing, for me) when the open up shop. I would assume all the codes would be emailed/applied at one time (after all payments have been made). Just guessing though.

I did get a nice note from digital river saying they are about to charge my card, but no key yet.

    Update:

I was just billed, and my order shows as "fulfilled" and it "closed," but I wasn't provided with a retail key. Instead it shows my head start serial number. I'm hoping I'll receive an e-mail with the actual retail key shortly.

As I said before, mine is actually showing as complete, but there's no retail key listed next to the product name on the order page.

I should probably point out that I was already charged the full amount in January.

I was charged the full amount in December, then it was refunded with the exception of a $5.00 "reserve fee" a few days later under the premise that the initial charge was simply an authorization hold, which makes sense. I was billed the remainder just a few minutes ago.

Isn't that a subjective statement? Don't act as if your "opinion" applies to everyone.I happened to like both the movie and the quote, personally. Not to mention that you're derailing the thread.

No, this fact was verified by globally poor box office and rentals on that one.

They are bringing down the servers now. i would hazard a guess they are either patching in pre-order goodies (stupid i know) or they are removing a block so that the content will now show up in people menus or choices (smarter way to do it).

I ordered jan 17th and haven't got mine. The digital river order tracker says it's backordered for some reason. When did you get yours? Maybe they're doing it in order.

I didn't receive an email, and the Atari order page also said fulfilled. If you click on the printer icon below the order info, you should get a screen with the retail key.

    You're lucky.

In my case, I see the following information on the order page:

    Qty Product OS
1 Extended Download Service 790306 Downloadable Fulfilled
1 Star Trek Online - Preorder PC
    Downloadable Fulfilled
1 Star Trek Online Deluxe Edition - Digital Download PC
    Pre-order Downloadable Fulfilled

When I click on the order details, I still only receive the pre-order key. Bleh.

Yeah, that sourceless statement is a patently incontrovertible fact. And even if the movie did generate little in the way of box office revenue, that argument isn't necessarily applicable as a blanket answer since some individuals probably opted to see it much later.

I 've seen many opinion columns in which the reviewers rated the movie highly on the list in contrast to the other ten films. If you know how to "Google" a search term, you can find plenty of review lists for all of the movies. If you want to continue this debate, however, feel free to PM me.

0921234 1 Star Trek Online Deluxe Edition - Digital Download PC
    $54.99 $54.99
Serial Number : Not Available <-- clicking the printer had no results

and kalisha box office numbers are often a far more reliable review than any paid critic

Even though I got mine I doubt I will ever use a digital download again. Seems very hit and miss.

Stevie is correct. All you need to do is login to the order page and click the printer icon. Both my beta and retail keys were listed there. Good call Stevie!

Just activated mine. I still haven't gotten an email yet, but if you do click the printer icon (have to actually click the tiny printer picture) on the order page, a printable invoice opens up and it lists your serial number.
