Read the title... I hate the "mail" I get that comes with a link advertising the sell of 100,000 star trek online credits for $21.

Devs... please ban them. lol

    The problem is not exactly the gold spammers, we knew they were coming. The ptoblem is that in using the in forum mail it's not possible to quickly report it as spam. If you make it difficult for people to report it they won't bother.

    I agree.... I actually spent a minute or two looking for a spam button but i digress...

    Well.. a way to stop it is to ban the account and close the forums or member list to only those that have a retail key entered.

    This way every time they want to come in game or to the forums to post to sell gold in people's mail slots, they have to create a new email address, get a new IP address, and buy a new copy of the game.. thus costing them time and money.. hopefully the Devs will be on the ball banning their accounts fast to where they will be losing money instead of making money selling Energy Points.

    How long do you think it will take them to stop when every time they want to advertise, it costs then $50.00 and having to go through changing their IP address.. their ISP will only do it so many times until their ISP drops them.

    Please Cryptic, get on the ball on this.
