I played closed beta and open beta. Preordered from Gamestop via the link on the home page and am still waiting for the key. No responses from them. It's been far too long. Waste of time, no head start for me. Kinda pointless advertising head start access if they aren't going to GIVE THE KEYS.
Call their customer service line. They will provide you a key. I called and asked them about it for a friend and they stated as long as you have your order number, they can give you one over the phone. Although what was stated in the post above is true to. If you received a closed or open beta key, that is your key for headstart.
I went through Gamestop, got my code emailed to me right away, and had no problems. Are you able to play the game currently? If you are, you're fine. The actual retail codes won't come till tomorrow at the earliest.

This is why you goto the store and get a key HANDED to you. I never buy games like this online.
If you played Open Beta, you can play headstart till Feb.2nd I thought.
The headstart "key" is your Open Beta key that you got from Gamestop as a pre-order.
You can only use that key till Feb 2nd, then Star Trek will ask you to put your retail key in. And you cannot get your retail key before Feb 2nd.
I preorded Star Trek Online from Gamestop in-store. I had to pick up a card with the Open Beta key on it, so I could play in Open Beta, and in Headstart. If you ordered online, then you got your Beta key in your email right?
I've got a GameStop preorder and I just made lvl 11 last night. It's kind of annoying, though, that my primary character didn't get to fly around in a Constitution-class ship, since I won't get that until tomorrow.

If that's not the case, then I apologize in advance!
