I created a ticket for a account maintenance issue and waited 6 days. No response. Assumed the ticket was bugged/lost in the ether, etc. I created another one. 4 days. No response.
I would like to think they would have had the foresight to at least temporarily ramp up the number of people devoted to customer support issues for the launch, so we could be assured of receiving a reasonable level of service even during this period of heavy new subscriber activity. Did they not have that foresight, or is the system broken? Or is there a third explanation I am not considering?
