Vertical Sync On - Maxfps set to 60 - Screen tearing still occuring

    I run this program called GameBooster that shuts down all the programs i don't need on. It also turns vista to basic which has tearing on windows that i open. So what i'm trying to say is that when i logged into STO and started to play i noticed tearing, i figured out that i was running in windowed mode once i switched to full screen in the game it went away. Hopefully this helps.:)

    Today when I logged in the game was actually using my video card settings instead of the game overiding the control panel. Looks like VSYNC is working now. I've also noticed a performance loss even with VSYNC OFF again. At least they still working on it. I have to set everything to lowest to do fleet battles and single player stuff I can have at medium to low settings. Need more optmization in many zones and some environmental effects will down right kill your fps. Overall this game needs a few performance passes unless your running on anything but high end newer hardware.
